Why has Dan Campbell’s COY odds dropped through the floor (given the success the Lions have had this year)?

Why is CJ Stroud the leader in the clubhouse while Puka has the 2nd best odds? Puka is putting up numbers that no other rookie receiver has, while Stroud is having a good season by NFL Rookie standards (though he has missed a few weeks)?

Is Hamlin going to win the CPOY award just because he is alive?
