If the Vikings go one and done in the playoffs, then they may definitely be more prone to going that route, or, at minimum, moving on from Darnold.

This is the same franchise that immediately moved on from Case Keenum after he took them to an NFC title game. Not saying that was necessarily the wrong move.....just saying that an unexpectedly good season from a journeyman QB doesn't always make them push their chips into the middle of the table and go all in. An even further back example is Jeff George after he and Randy Moss had a great season together, with the Vikings getting to the divisional round of the playoffs.
