What coach was Brady yelling at after the CJ pick (1 Viewer)

Yeah, but based on how they've called taunting this year and some of the ticky-tack stuff they've labeled as taunting, I would not have been surprised in the least if they had thrown it there.
Yeah, they called a taunting penalty on a Steelers player earlier this season. All he did was look at the opposite sideline
after making the tackle. It's a point of emphasis this year according to the NFL. Ceedy could have easily been flagged
for it.

I do remember that call after that 'taunting stare' against Pittsburgh. I also remember the commentators mentioning that the NFL needs to quickly get that interpretation ironed out. Everyone agreed that how a players simply looks at another is NOT what the league had in mind for creating the taunting rule. Perhaps that outcry was enough for the league to memo all the officiating crews to show better judgment when considering flagging for taunting. That Steeler issue may have saved us last night.

To be fair, they didn't call it on Ceedy either after the fumble. The refs generally let people play today and I'm fine with how they did overall.
I was telling my wife that last night during the game, that the ref's actually let us play last night. It was refreshing not being the butt end of crappy one-sided officiating for once.

It would set a REALLY bad precedent if they flagged Ceedy for standing, smiling with his arms crossed.
Awww come on. You know doggone well that Ceedy was taunting with that posture. I'm happy he got away with it.

If having a smirk on your face and folding your arms in front of a player is taunting, then every time a celebration for a touchdown or first down occurs there should be a flag for taunting. I'll even throw in sack celebrations and the like as well.

There was another time when a defensive back got in Brady's face. And there was no flag. The refs let them play and were consistent in how the game was called. Good officiating crew last night. I think I heard Deuce on the radio say Brady was yelling at Nielsen. No idea what prompted that.
C'mon! We all know which DB that was..he posted it on his IG too!

We hurt TB12 the best way you can hurt him....on the score board where it counts. We dinged his legacy tonight something that will stay with him FOREVER.
