For nostalgia, Three’s Company.. i’ve seen every episode at least 50 times, and watching it is like comfort food.

For quality, it’s The West Wing.. simply the best that television has ever had to offer.. warning though, dont try to watch it now with the way things are in America, you will be crushed with depression.
