Doing a seafood boil with friends here in Sunset Beach NC. Snow crab clusters (on sale for $6.99lb), clams, corn on the cob, smoked sausage.....our friends are Eagles fans so will watch and eat during their later game....hopefully I'll be feeling good about the Saints come dinner time....Cheers all

Oh hell to the yas.....I'll do the boil with a bag, the powder and some of that liquid magic juice plus Tonys or SYM as well.....I like it on the spicy side....especially the corn....

Chicken and sausage Gumbo, getting the stock and chicken going. It's a week 1 tradition here.

Tradition or not, doing your stock in a pressure cooker is a game changer, should try it if you haven’t.
