Where can I find these grating clips? (1 Viewer)

I've looked locally. The internet isn't showing me where to find these... probably because I don't know the right name.

I want to put grating on my boat trailer to walk on if I am having trouble getting the boat on. I have the grating, but I want to find something like the above. Everything I am finding is for i beams and I don't have those.
