Staley should’ve been fired last year, much like Allen. Both of those were easy to spot. I’d say the Titans or Pats. Both have good coaching and should’ve been better.

I would say the Jets and Chargers for different reasons.
At best, the Saints were picked to win the division and go 0 for 1 in the playoffs.
Counting that, the Saints were coming off a decade and a half run, so most of the media actually expected a few bumps transitioning away from that successful long term run.

Jets fans have been starving for not only a Super Bowl, but just being competitive.
They were making space on the trophy case in the offseason.
I would say that’s the most disappointing.

And the Chargers because they’re trying to make Herbert happen.

The Commanders dumped their best defensive linemen, fired their defensive coordinator, had Sam Howell on a record-shattering “times sacked” pace, got blown out in prime time by the Bears, have been swept by the Giants, currently on a six-game losing streak that includes a loss to a team on this list…

…and a chunk of this message board wants their non-fired coordinator leading the team

How are the Redskins a disappointing team when no one expects the Redskins to be good this year?

Nah it’s not the Jets, they have no offensive line and they would have finished 3rd in the East just like they are now. Even with Rodgers, they wouldn’t of beaten the Dolphins or Bills
And they also did this to themselves, to an extent. Anyone with eyes knows Zach Wilson is terrible, but they kept trotting him out. Between that and letting themselves hang on this idea Rodgers would totally be back this season, they whiffed on signing/trading for someone better than Zach Wilson.

The Commanders made a lot of changes this past offseason in hopes of having a good season. Won their first two games, got understandably dominated by the Bills, played the Eagles very close in Philly, and then… everything fell apart.

The Jets went after Adams during the season to help Zach. and Stafford before Rodgers. They also went after Henne after Rodgers went down.

I don't blame them for hoping that Zach would settle in, though his flashes were maddeningly inconsistent.

I'm not sold that someone like Flacco would've survived for long behind this OL, either.

I was among those to state that the Jets would have a hard road-despite the presence of Rodgers. He's a band-aid, and I can't think think of any QB capable of just stepping in and making much of a difference year for the Jets as a low priced place-holder. I figure if other teams' QBs are all that, then they'll probably wanna keep em.

Anyway, I picked the Chargers.
