Went with Joe Brady.... what he did at LSU can't get that out of my mind....
Him doing well with the Bills....

However I will say this it's a risky move for someone who has never been a head coach in college or the NFL.... but heck I am ready to take the risk....

So tired of the mediocrity vibe that's been going on now for the past couple of years...

Ben Johnson I think is everybody’s first choice but likely won’t happen.

McCarthy would be the solid choice. He has experience and in 18 seasons as a HC only has 5 losing seasons. If he is our hire, I’d like him to hire some young OC with new ideas to help adapt with the current offensive trends.

Brady is one of the “sexier” options but is kind of a big ?. If we hired someone like Brady as a HC it would be nice to have someone like Salah (DC) or keep Rizzi as special teams guy who’s had HC experience to help guide him.

I felt like that with the group interviewed when they hired DA. I don't love this group but it's far better than that group.

Mike McCarthy for me.

Think he’s extremely underrated, and though they have different styles and he may be a little “dry” personality wise, I think he’s in the same class as Sean Payton as a coach.

McCarthy is the guy i want. He managed to win in Dallas. Before his arrival Dallas was stuck in mediocrity after Parcells left.
