Ever since Dennis Allen got fired i have been ABB in re to the next Saints head coach.. no, not Allman Bros Band.. I mean ‘Anyone But Bellichick’…. I was relieved when he signed up to coach North Carolina, but now im seeing reports he hasn’t yet signed his contract there and is again eyeing a return to the NFL.. he has pulled this type of bait and switch before.. i dont want him .

I want someone that has done a deep dive into Brady to tell me why he's the best candidate for HC. Not just a surface look. Because I just don't see it. @ LSU he was not the OC and didn't call plays Cushenberry did.. That LSU offense may have had the best group of skilled players ever.

@ Car Brady bombed, Bridgewater said that didn't even practise RZ offense . They fired him after a yr and half.

In Buff. he inherited a elite QB in Allen that is in at least the top 4 in the league. Yes there has been some offensive improvement but has it been a great deal? No. They had already been to the AFCCG with Dorsey

We need a culture builder a strong leader as well as a great X's and O's guy
Someone that has done some real homework tell me why Brady IS that guy.
I don't see a leader of men or a guy that can fire a team up to go to war with him. Or a guy that has really elevated avg to good player to be great. I see a guy that has been given some GREAT players and has maybe made them a bit better players. . He's been an OC 3yrs and for a yr and a half of them he's bombed

Can you justify your choice in a detailed response? Please give me a researched answer why.

Bro i get where ur coming from, and im not saying Brady is one of my top choices- but this is a message board.. you cant demand that someone write a dissertation for you every time they state their (possibly ill-informed) opinion… that’s not how any of this works .

I haven’t heard anything that sets him apart from the other OCs. From the Saints perspective I think it’s just that he worked for them before. And from a Saints fan perspective it’s that he won a national championship at LSU.

It’s no coincidence that the top three candidates all worked for the Saints previously. We’re in the same spot the cowboys are in. Can’t fire the GM and we’ll only consider coaches that have worked for him previously.

The NFL today is all about offense, offense, and more offense. The rules are heavily stacked against playing dominant defense. And even when we had teams with unbelievable defense (dome patrol) we never won a single playoff game. We need an offensive coach, period. I go with Joe Brady.

Ohh , my mistake, I was expecting an intelligent response to an opinion. But that must get in the way of the jokes and the " I don't know , I just like him" posts on here. What was I thinking? Sheesh , I feel like I'm on Tiger Droppings

His role in LSU's natty is overblown , he was not the OC and didn't call plays .
Yes he brought some innovations that he got from Payton to LSU. But look what he had to work with, THE most skilled players ever on a college team
I do thank you for an intelligent response

But it's not so much anymore. Scoring is down, running the ball is up . And every team in the top 9 in team D made the playoffs

This place is far from TigerDroppings.. if this were TigerDroppings, you would have had way more direct insults thrown at you in response to your post, you would have been called every derogatory name under the sun AND you would have had both your voting history and your sexual orientation called into question .
