Did I miss something? Is the penalty for sexual assault, death? And, I might be wrong here but, doesn't making a known false accusation carry a penalty under the law already? That said, the guy is looney tunes.

i wonder why he hasn't come out and said all the pastors and priests who are guilty of SA and child rape should be executed? i would think thats a more pressing matter.

But something like that is more of a deterent for people who want to speak out when they have been raped or assulted. If you are unable to prove the assult, your dead? this dude is insane....
