N/S Why has it taken so long for Caleb Williams to be exposed as a Bust? Smells like the Jets Zac Wilson. (1 Viewer)

  • Cade McNown (1999–2000) - 16 games
  • Rex Grossman (2003–2009) - 36 games
  • Chad Hutchinson (2002–2004) - 8 games
  • Kyle Orton (2005–2008) - 25 games
  • Jay Cutler (2009–2016) - 102 games
  • Brian Hoyer (2016) - 5 games

Lol, Dalton, Winston and Teddy were all better than just about everyone on that Bears' list. We've actually not been that bad when it comes to QB play. Not great, mind you, but certainly competent.

Bears haven't faced competent competition and when they have they been beaten. Rams, Titans, and Panthers are in more disarray than the Bears, Bears next game is Jaguars who field decent players but been losing a bit one can say.

Williams was 1 bad pass from having 5TDs vs. 5 incompletions in his game today.
23/29 226yds 4TD/1Int.

Yup.

Also, Williams "good" games have been against the 1-4 Rams with the 29th ranked scoring defense, 1-4 Panthers with the 32nd ranked scoring defense, and 1-4 Jaguars with the 30th ranked scoring defense.
You are supposed to beat the teams like that, It's not williams fault their defense sucks. Doesn't take away from the fact he still playing really well and have the bears with a winning record right now.
