Unless, he's a complete, remorseless amoral creep, which based on his actions as Chinese head of state, is highly probable.

I love the people of China. When I spent time in Beijing and Shanghai the folks were extremely accommodating to a mentally challenged guy from New Orleans who couldn’t understand the subway system or bullet trains.

The culture there is amazing, from the focus on education, to the amazing food. I hope for the best for that beautiful country.
