If you’ve seen Showtime’s Your Honor....you’ve seen the courthouse.

Does anyone know which courthouse was used for filming.....in particular the scenes in the long hallway /Lobby right outside the actual courtroom.

I think it’s a pretty good show.....though lots of poor reviews.
Bryan Cranston is seriously awesome as a judge trying his vest to protect his family.

I haven't seen it but my first guess would have been Orleans Criminal District Court (Tulane & Broad) - it's a grand courthouse and it shoots well in film (e.g. JFK). The grand lobby outside of the courtrooms is what you are describing.

It appears that is correct:

I'm looking up other films/shows that have used that courthouse, apart from JFK. Apparently it was shot as a train station in Benjamin Button.

I think that John Cusack movie Runaway Jury had extensive filming there as well. I'm sure there's a long list somewhere.

I am also enjoying the show. A lot of, if not most of the criticism (and deservedly so) is about how Cranston's son on the show (Adam) is so annoyingly stupid.

It has a lot of plot holes, but I am enjoying it as well.

That’s the one!!! Thanks Superchuck!

Coming into town today and wanted to see it.

The criticism of the son is warranted, he’s painfully blah (despite somehow having two beautiful women fall for him).

But Cranston, Jimmy Baxter, and the twisted storyline are all very good.

That was an unexpected ending, but...

It basically came full circle, Eugene killing Adam with a gun purchased w/ the $ Micheal got for selling the baseball...

I just finished the first season. Yikes what an ending. Tons of plot holes but man Adam might be as dumb as it gets.

I've seen some of it but was mostly vested in figuring out the locations.

Did the same with Green Book. Filmed all in Hammond, Mandeville, and New Orleans except for the Carnegie Hall location.

God the second season is kind of horrible.

Bump. This is now featured on Netflix and I thought it was really good. I liked season 1 better and do wish there was a season 3 coming.

I just finished the series the other day and thought it was meh.

Adam was an idiot and annoying.

The final ending sequence and how the music was played for it was way out of left field.

buzd mentioned the plot holes, and there were lots and lots of those. I think that's my main gripe.

I have to say that as much as this was a Bryan Cranston show, I really like Isiah Whitlock, too. He's been great in The Wire, Veep, and he was really good in this one, IMO.
