I my opinion the only players not available to let go or trade are the ones that get us deeper in cap debt.... you been on this team for 5yrs or more start thinking about a new team

I know the Saints are going to be bad because of the salary cap. In any event, I want to know if you think the players below should be back with the Black & Gold next season.

Juwan Johnson (All the potential in the world in my eyes but hasn't lived up to it....gotta go)
Tyrann Mathieu (Love his instincts and passion but I think his time is up)
Paulson Adebo (Now that Lattimore has been traded and if he can recover from injury I'd consider for the right price)
Jamaal Williams (I'm sure he gets a resounding no *LOL*)
Taysom Hill (If someone wants to make trade I'd listen...otherwise I'd give him one more year)

Juwan - Yes, the FA market for TE is meh next year. The devil you know vs the one you don't applies here. 1 Year deal.
Tyrann Mathieu - Already had his contract extended a couple months back, he's on the team
Paulson Adebo - I'd let walk, and potentially sign a vet - I'm a fan of Rasul Douglas (I'd approach Adebo about playing S too)
Jamaal Williams - Is easily our best blocking RB, and outside of being slow footed looks solid when the blocking is solid (probably cut though)
Taysom Hill - Contract already extended he's here.

Tyrann Mathieu: (Love the guy, but it's time) Unless the new HC wants a strong veteran on the defensive side
Paulson Adebo: Move on
Jamaal Williams: (Fan favorite, but it's time)
Taysom Hill: (Keep, but if you can get a good offer, then fire away)

Im reserving judgement until after these next 8 games. I think this will separate the whey from the chaff. I want to see who still has some fight in them and if Rizzi can get that out of them.

The structural problems that are internal to the Saints, poor cap management and poor talent acquisition, can't be fixed on the field.

Hopefully, they see this and can start working on it in the offseason.

JJ > Probably not but would consider it for a good deal. He's not a TE1, though
Tyran > Would keep until he retires as long he's realistic about salary expectations
Adebo > Would bring back for the right money but he'll get better offers elsewhere
Jamaal > No
Taysom > Like Tyrann, I'd keep TH til he retires as long as he's realistic about salary expectations. We're still getting excellent production from him when he's in the game
