Anyone need a parking pass?

Somehow being the idiot that I am, I goofed up and bought one only to remember I put an offer in on Ebay and wound up winning it too. So now I have a Blue & a Red and only need the one. I don't know what the actual price is from the Redskins, put I paid $40 for the blue and $50 for the red. All I'm hoping to do is get my money back - I don't need to profit from fellow Saints fans. I'll even ship it no charge. I should have them Monday or Tuesday and will next day air them if need be. Per the Redskins site, the cash lots on the East side of 495 are $40 and you have to be shuttled, so one of these gets you a lot closer for the same money (which is why I got them). but as you can read, this is a Saints fan up in the DC area that is a true American hero. We will be making sure to run by his tailgate - not sure where it is yet but I've pm'd him - to meet him and have a cold one with him. I think it'd be great if you all tried to do the same. What an unbelievable story this guy is, can't wait to meet him. Who dat!

Would you guys want to see if he would want to coordinate a big pre-game with all of us? I would definitely be down for bringing a cooler full of beer or whatever else is needed. In this thread we have been looking to coordinate a pre-game, I think this would be a perfect opportunity.

You locals have to get something going as us out of towners down know where anything is, but we'll definitely come by.

If you need any help let me know and I'll do all that I can from here. I am flying to meet BDM in Norfolk on Sat and and flying back home on Tuesday. We're making the drive early early Sunday I think and then crashing in Georgetown Sunday night.

We gotta get something going for this.. I'll have my camera and will take lots of pics for the site.

I spoke with Michael this afternoon and he's going to holler at me next week once they get their plans straight. They are going to drive in early Sun morning and tailgate out of his boys truck - just as good a spot as any. If I understand correctly, its pretty wide open parking around the stadium, so that should make it easier to find a group with a decent amount of directions. He said something about the possibility of knowing where the truck will be the day before - if I heard that right - regardless, we need to keep this thread updated up until Sun morning of the game. I'd be happy to pm any/all of you my cell so we can stay in contact over the weekend. We leave on Thurs, so my sr checking/posting will be sporadic after that. Man, I'm looking forward to this trip!
