N/S Cutler trade to Bears (mega merge)

I think it's a good trade for both sides... if Cutler had to go. I just think that the Broncos better have a heck of a draft to do anything this coming up year.

my bad..i figured it was common knowledge cuz i just heard it on PTI

No problem! :)

all i can say about this situation is LOOK AT MY AVATAR!

That is a lot to give up for Cutler. Wonder how his diabetes will affect him throughout his career and how long he will be a starter. Makes the Bears pretty tough, but in Chicago in late November and December, it gets really cold and windy. We'll see how well he performs then.

And glad the Bucs didnt get him also.

The world where he lead his team to the playoffs. I like Orton. He is underrated.

That makes him starting caliber how? Orton isn't even in the same universe as Cutler.

In 2005 (the year you are citing) he passed for 1800 yards, completed a horrible 51% of his passes, threw 9 TD's and 13 INT's, with a rating of 59.

Does this make Denver more or less likely to draft defense before the SAINTS?

Culter played at Mile High stadium.

The whole reason this trade happened is because Kyle Orton looks like Dave Grohl from the Foo Fighters.
Book it.

Da Bears desperately want to be like the Saints were .......great offense, and featuring Josh Bullocks on D!!

Hhahahaha........

Denver could now either stay put at 12 and draft Sanchez if he's there or use the two first rounders on defense and worry about QB later if they think that Orton is just a stop gap (which is what he likely is).
