Officials should never decide games. If the play is obvious, call it. If not, let it go. If a pass is in catchable, don’t throw the flag. I wish they’d go back to the old rule on a play like that, or let replay upstairs call down and correct a bad call.

No. Good throw, but the receiver was grabbed from behind by Winfield, who then went over his head to grab the ball. DPI not called. You can’t physically use the player to get to the ball.
