Saints coach Dennis Allen loudly addressed the team after yet another incident in practice in which players' tempers flared, including a third straight day that rookie left tackle Trevor Penning was involved.

Malcolm Roach was also kicked out.

Yep. And in the clips I’ve seen punches are always being thrown at him, haven’t seen him punching. I could definitely have missed it tho, and not seeing all that’s done or said on the field making the D players lose their minds. Do we now have a CJG on offense? Lol

Either way I love that nasty in an o lineman, as long as it doesn’t hurt the team. If he can get under the skin of opponents like this we are gonna love it just as we do with CGJ on the D side.

He is going to have to tone it down during the season. You know that vets are going to try and get him into fights and you KNOW the refs will throw the flag on the Saints players for sure. He comes into the league with a reputation for being tough, which is fine, but "the line" for Saints players is at a different place.

On that note (refs) I’m truly excited to see if our flag disparity gets a little better with Sean no longer at the helm. He was very hated by the refs and league brass.

It will. I love what Payton did for the team and he was exactly the attitude that was needed for the time. But it's time to have a bit less pettiness and drama.

I believe this was common for him throughout college. It was expected.
