Injuries? Hasn't our front seven been incredibly healthy minus Turner which no one was surprised about? O-line too, the only shuffling for most of the season was due to Penning not being NFL ready. Heck this team has been pretty healthy for the most part.

They're just looking for any excuse to keep him.

The other thing some fans don’t want to acknowledge bc perspective is less important than narrative- the difference between great teams and bad teams is not that big in nfl
Tearing down to the studs will likely result in being epically bad vs superbowl contender in a healthy margin
2-3 changes on O and D line and new OC probably has a better chance of success than a baby out with the bath water approach
