A young QB to build around, $66 million+ in cap room and high draft pick (same as Saints). In what way is Chicago a better choice for coaching prospects than New Orleans. (Other than NOLA being the equivalent of a third world country)

Sean had three losing seasons in a row with prime Drew Brees…that doesn’t mean he’s diminished as a coach. Lulls happen. It’s very hard to sustain winning; teams go through phases. It’s a good thing we didn’t fire Sean after his second or third losing season in a row.
To me, McCarthy has more than demonstrated that he can win consistently enough.
I'm down with Glenn, Brady or McCarthy, in no particular order. Brady is probably my first choice tho.
I'm guessing you don't live in NOLA with that comment. In what way is Chicago a better choice for coaching prospects than New Orleans. (Other than NOLA being the equivalent of a third world country)
I'm not saying it isn't true, but most players are publically diplomatic when their coach gets fired. It is usually not until they are retired that we find out their true feelings.Even Dak weight in:
Quarterback Dak Prescott also weighed in on McCarthy's exit, telling DLLS Sports in a text message Monday night that he was "bummed, because we built some things. But I guess they couldn't reach an agreement. SMH."
a lot of coaches like to come in and have their own QB's, unless you have an esablished QB who is already winning/ or established as talented.Mostly Caleb Williams and they have added some young talent because they have a lot of draft picks from the guys they traded away. Plus, yes, Chicago is a nice city.
On the flip side, Williams is kind of a strange guy and Chicago is where football coaches go to fail. In fact I thought it was funny that Chicago fans thought it was impressive that they flew McCarty in on a private jet since they normally bring head coach candidates in with coach tickets on regular commercial flights.

Its tough to come in with a QB who was drafted the year before you that you have to stick with if he is failing because the team put a #1 into him..
Ask the Panthers coach how thats working out for him...
Worth watching Matt Flynn join TBob and Hester to talk about McCarthy here.
That would be incorrect. The incident on Bourbon being the most recent and prominent example. The state of the roads, the mayor, education and on and on. Even compared to Jefferson Parish it's sheet show. I spent 20 years living in other cities in Cali, Nevada and New Mexico. The only place that comes close was Tucson.I'm guessing you don't live in NOLA with that comment.
3rd world country??????????? He's not coaching in the hood......Our superdome is amazing and our team facilities are way above average!
