There's a QB in this draft who's not being discused that will be better than the guys drafted ahead of him

I wouldn't be shocked if Brady Cook (Mizzu) ended up being a solid pro. He's had lots of starts, played in the SEC, led Mizzu to 2 10 win seasons. He has the "it' factors like Brees; smart, competitive, great lockeroom intangibles, but lacks "elite" arm strength. He is pretty athletic and has good ecapability and can pick up first downs with his legs. He will need some polish on his footwork and mechanics, but he could run a west coast offense pretty effectively.

One thing is certain about Brady Cook, Kellen Moore is going to know everything we need to know about him since Moore's brother, Kirby Moore, is the OC at Mizzou.

Sanders will be worse then most expect, as will Milroe.

Success, I look at Dart, Gabriel and McCord. If either of these 3 land with Raiders, 49'ers, Miami, Pittsburgh or Minnesota or Rams, you're going to see more success then anyone expected of them.

The only hope I have for Sanders I have is landing with the Rams and McVay. Sitting a year or two behind Stafford then having Puka and Adams to throw to. I think there are only a few coaches who can mask his flaws. That's O'Connell, McVay, Payton and maybe, just maybe Moore. But it's not a gamble I would like to take unless we can get him in the 2nd or 3rd (3rd more preferred).

The thing I do like about Sanders is his football IQ. He grew up in the NFL like the Manning bros. It's going to be much less of a learning curve for him over most rookies.

Most of the greatest QBs to ever play have been less of an athlete and strongest between the ears. I see Sanders as better upside the the field.

He didn't show it. His pocket presence was concerning for someone who supposedly has a high football IQ. Not to mention his panics displayed showed he doesn't have a high football IQ. Someone with a high football IQ would know where the ball will likely go pre-snap and adjust the reads accordingly. Many times he panicked and forced the ball to Travis Hunter who bailed him out. It's one of the things that really helped elevate Hunter over Jeanty for the heisman. I think he's just an athletic freak like his dad, and his athleticism against inferior defenses and talent made him look much better than he actually is. Big fish, small pond kind of thing. The kicker is that even against that inferior talent he struggled against BYU and Nebraska and lost those games. Mostly because both of those teams really focused on Hunter and made Sanders pay when he would force the ball in a panic.

This one's a tough one to answer while trying to be right. It'll continue to be tough to gage QBs in the age of the transfer portal and NIL being what it is. We'll see tons of guys who started off in one place, then transfer to another place. Question will always be "who is real Joe Blow? The guy we saw at place A or the one who excelled at place B only because he played in such-and-such a system and played such-and-such schedule?"

Is this the team and QB that plays for CKMs brother in college? If so, that's an interesting connection, with back channels to pass INSIDE information. This is the kind of connection that makes sense for selections. IF this is the QB that plays for the OC who is CKMs little brother, I believe CKM will know more about this kid than 31 other teams. Whether CKM wants him....that's another discussion. But it won't be for lack of information.
