NFL Draft Who’s on your “Do not draft “ at 9?

Shemar Stewart DE Texas A&M

Mykel Williams DE Georgia

Will Johnson CB Michigan

Will Campbell OL LSU

(though to be honest any EDGE or OL sounds like an auto do not draft at 9)

This doesn’t have to be just the number 9 pick: Are there any guys you think the Saints should heavily avoid?

Assuming we’re taking about 1st rounders:
- I have little interest in any edge after Carter or DT after Graham.
- I wouldn’t mind a OT, but only if there is a clear vision to start them at OT and not guard.
- I have no interest in Sanders in the 1st. I’d take Dart over Sanders.
- I wouldn’t take any CB at #9 (aside from Hunter, of course)

Chefs kiss with these 3 choices.

Pass on Shemar, the athletic freak with zero production and bad film.

Pass on Mykel, aka Foskey 2.0 with how stiff these two are.

Pass on Campbell, probably the worst tape of any top 10 OL i've ever scouted. Not to mention his really short arms and single percentile wingspan.

Here's some guys i'm lower on than consensus but wouldn't be upset like if we took the other 3 at pick 9.

I wouldn’t mind Campbell out of LSU, but a lot would have to go wrong (not to mention we would need to trade down) for me to be okay with drafting him.

I've been hearing that Stewart is a project.

I like none of them frankly

This is a weak weak class in the mid 1st

Williams is a complete project with injury issues,slow(4.74 pro day) and little to no production.

Stewart is about the same expect bigger and more athletic but zero production.

Campbell doesn’t fit our o line at all and his tape last year was horrible. In all honesty I’m not even sure he should be a 1st rounder.

Johnson is best player and fit but he’s not athletic and has a ton of injury issues. I’d rather just get Revel Jr later cause he has elite traits.

Yep and it’s no nock on him as a player. It’s what is going to come with him. I love Deion I just see that being a problem. He is going to defacto take over your team from afar. If we got all fired up about Olave’s brother that will be a walk in the park compared to what Deion can do.

And again I love Deion but I can just picture people that aren’t fans of his listening to him talk about how we used his son wrong after a loss.
