Real talk...bring in outsiders to run the draft. Keep DA as head coach, "red shirt" all the picks so that his bad coaching doesn't rub off on them...then for 2026 cut Carr start Haener then run that season with the new coaching staff and front office.

Do that and you might be in the running by 2028

We have so many injuries and a few players got injured in this game today. We have a very serious issue with conditioning because we are seeing injuries outside the norm for most teams.

We have players that are trying to win, but we have no winning formula since Week 2.

What can we do to turn this around or at least make some improvements?

Our defense has so many holes and penalties. The coaching or preparation is just not there.

I hate seeing us lose games that we have a shot at winning. It's the same story each each. Big penalties on both sides of the field, not making a better effort on tackling, and not being creative on offense.

Get the NFL to count beating yourself as a victory.

You see it happening in Denver. The Broncos didn’t magically get a massive talent influx. They simply have a good coach which is setting up players for success and getting the most out of his players. I don’t think for a second this roster is as bad as the record showes. But, I do think that the hiring of coaches has created an environment where something is off. Until that new coach comes in that creates the same sort of discipline and attention to detail that Payton has we are going to be what our record says we are. And sorry Loomis, but the saints are what the record says they are

Most are saying tanking, but that still doesn't fix our issues. Not every person drafted is ready and some take time to progress. We looked unstoppable the first two weeks. We can get back there, but things need to change and our players need to get back healthy.

Tanking could be part of fixing our issues. The team is lacking talent at a lot of positions and is getting quite old at the positions where we were good. We need better drafts, period. Theoretically, the earlier we draft the better players we draft. The first two weeks were against the now 1-7 Panthers and a VERY inconsistent Cowboys team. Those games should be thrown out as an indicator of this teams potential.

Next week is critical.. we need to lose in order to possibly have them better in the standing than us so we get better draft position.

This is quite false. The best draft pick is the one behind the Panthers.

Bandwagon?!? Get real. This team needs change not the same old same old weak leadership from its HC. It’s ok to want change and still be a 45 years long Saints fan.
