Just be direct and say what you mean which is "Shut up". I mean, it won't be any more effective but don't ask rhetorical questions.

I mean, if you're gonna approach an opposing player about smack talking to a teammate, and that player tells you to shut up or he'll smack you in the face, his response is pretty important to the story. Did he wuss out? Did he apologize to said opponent for meddling in his smack business? Did he bow up on the guy and utter another word? This story needs an ending or it's fake news.

We have avenged the two playoff losses?

Imo, even those two playoff losses doesn't avenge us beating them in the 2009 NFCCG and then going on to win it all. Don't agree? Look at their trophy case. It remains Lombardiless.

He didn't say. He acted as if it was a weird thing.

If memory serves me correctly, there was a play where he caught a touchdown in the front corner of the endzone and he was pushed out of bounds in the process.

There was another Vikings player on the sideline where the play happened.
That Vikings player was involved in a verbal altercation with a Saints player and Thielen immediately jumped up and got in the face of the Saints player.

If that was the instance that he's talking about there were other teammates who stepped in and got between them.

I'm going to try and go on YouTube later and see if it's in the highlights.
