parked near Christkindlmarkt in roswell waiting for the grandson to wake up from his car nap, everyone else already in the fest, when... :cussing:

however, it was not mariah singing, so am i cleared to continue?

the boy needs to arise so i can get away from these pop tunes, grave danger the real thing will come on, need gluhwein asap

I'm glad that I saw this. I'm going to the grocery store. I'll need my earbuds to avoid certain doom.
I was in the grocery store yesterday and they had 70's rock and pop playing with an occasional holiday chart - none of which was....the song.

Day 2, so far, so good.

Any good tips on how to persuade my wife from watching these awful Hallmark or whatever movies with the same plot?

Guy and girl grow up together as good friends, in a sleepy little town where everyone decorates for Christmas, it snows everyday and the Christmas music never stops. One of them moves away for college, they lose touch and go on with their adult lives. Then they end up seeing each other for the first time in years as adults and realize they’ve been in love forever. In the meantime, their current significant others conveniently either cheats on them or dies so so that they can be together. There’s always going to be a coffee shop or bakery involved, a Christmas pageant, play, or parade, and a kiss at the end.

I’m convinced these “movies” are all written by 7th graders. And yes, my wife is a very smart woman with excellent taste in a husband, and terrible taste in movies. :hihi:
