exactly.. really dont' know how benson got tagged with being "cheap". with players.
he has given that credence with his dealings with the state,.. not with his players that perform.

I guess Benson hands the entire salary pot over to Loomis to do with as the pleases. Loomis has to use it or lose it, more or less.

I wouldn't think spending all your cap money is wise either. I bet it's good to have 5 mil or more handy just in case.
