Yes, I am a Yankee carpetbagger born north of the Mason-Dixon Line. What do you mean "you all"? That's way too many letters. I didn't realize you were a Yankee. LOL
The name is a misspelling of the man it was named after, a Spanish nobleman, the Duke of Alburquerque.
Considering almost nobody in NOLA can pronounce MOST of the street names, it was pretty quick.
Just let them know that that would be a bad investment move on their part, because your group has the potential to grow exponentially, depending on quality of service, food, and receptionmy concern is if we pick a bar and they change the channel to the other game since there are 2 MNF games
Just to give you an example, my group last week and had 32 people in it and this is for opening weekend. It has a tendency to double depending on how well we’re doing during the season. Management has already let us know that if we make it to the dance, we have the permission to bring her own food into the place to represent. Now that Service.Just let them know that that would be a bad investment move on their part, because your group has the potential to grow exponentially, depending on quality of service, food, and reception
I’m recommending you call corporate, because if they don’t know, they will appreciate knowing now. here in Orange County, the Buffalo wild wings that we Saints fans chose as our viewing headquarters have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of. All I need to do is make a phone call on the day before the game, and they will set up the tables on the big screen and include the sound/broadcast to the game. And I live in ram/charger country/Raider country/49er country. At the risk of bumping this for a ANOTHER discussion in how to spell Albuquerque, I ended up going to Buffalo WIld Wings on Montgomery and Wyoming. PSA: Do NOT, under any circumstances, go there to watch a game. I had to clean my own table, they looked at me like I was crazy when I asked them if they could turn on the game sound instead of music, and the restroom smelled worse than the hottest port-a-potty in the world At least the Saints won.
Not a bad suggestion but I honestly don't care enough to call. If there was a huge contingent of Who Dats here, I would. I was one of 3 Saints fans in the whole place. Plus, MNF was the only game this season that I cannot (legally) watch on my own big screen.I’m recommending you call corporate, because if they don’t know, they will appreciate knowing now. here in Orange County, the Buffalo wild wings that we Saints fans chose as our viewing headquarters have gone above and beyond to make sure that we are taken care of.
