I’d like to have Kwon back. We didn’t sign him until training camp last year and we signed him at a very reasonable contract, so hopefully that happens again. The defense seems to play better with Kwon.

No idea. I took it as alluding to whomever chooses to give him the offer he’s wanting. Pure speculation tho, could be about literally anything.
