Once I got over my disgust of having to hear Lalas blather about 2 major tournaments simultaneously, I got into the compare contrast
Uefa, happening in Germany, is entirely in English (even stadia announcements) as far as I can tell
But conmebol, essentially South American but taking place in North America is decidedly bi-lingual
And seemingly bi-secular

I’m having to watch Fox ota - it is the ONLY channel that has spotty reception no matter what I do to antenna
So I listen to the Sirius broadcast but it’s about a minute+ behind

So Canada...enter half 0-0.
Had a really good chance to go up but great save and bad miss on rebound.

Argentina....have missed at least 3 goals so far. A full on break with Di Maria one v one w GK and a couple other chances that just didn't finish.

I think the field (they brought in natural grass) is causing some issues for both. Kinda hard to get handle on roll, bounce etc making the game slower for both.

Canada needs to figure out that back line because too many lapses that ended up being missed by Argentina. But they won't miss all game.
