These articles don’t paint a pretty picture. Especially the part about this not being something that you can just make a lifestyle change to prevent.

It's about as bad as how processed food companies claim the micro metal shavings found in things like cereals and other highly processed foods are actually the fortified iron that was added. And then the masses just hook, line and sinker believe it.

Micro plastics and forever chemicals have been infiltrating our bodies through our foods, plastic bottles, and the clothing we wear for quite some time.

I believe there was a study in Italy that did investigation into autopsies where patients who had died of either stroke or heart failure and found large quantities of micro plastics in the plaques in their arteries.
