N/S Ben Johnson's upcoming interview schedule (1 Viewer)

Their GM is the one who should be getting the praise!

He has done an amazing job of bring in talent across the board...
He traded the Rams one Super Bowl victory in exchange for one of the more dominant rosters in the league (with a great shot this year at their own title). I wish we had an asset like Stafford to trade.

Raiders and Jags are no better option than the Saints. Perhaps Johnson doesn’t want to compete with Glenn for the spot here in Nola.
I would imagine it would come down to how you fit with the owners and where do you want to live. Crime is huge issue depending on where you live and cost of living figures in. In the end it is about where do you have the best shot at success and building a legacy for you and your chosen franchise.

Without going through all of those teams' salary cap issues or non-issues and who is up for free agency and the overall culture of the teams etc. I would stay away from Florida and New Orleans (personally because I hate the ideas of Hurricanes and floods, don't know who would enjoy them though LOL) Chicago or Las Vegas no thank you.

Any team looking for a new head coach is hurting so you never know he may pick one or he may just stay in Detroit and see what happens at the end of 2025.

Yep, sounds like he and Tom Brady have a growing relationship. As Florio's article says, the Raiders just fired the GM to probably give Johnson the front office alignment he desires.

There’s 3 winning teams in the AFC West but they aren’t the most dominant teams. Chargers and Broncos were blown out in the wildcard. All 3 were partially able to become double digit win playoff teams by beating up on the Raiders in all 6 division games.

Raiders can be in the mix right there with the Chargers and Broncos to become a potential 10-11 win team if Ben Johnson potentially loads up on QB, WR and OL at the top the draft. Probably 8 or 9 wins in year 1. But he could easily lead them to double digit wins by year 2 with the right draft moves addressing QB, RB and WR in a similar way that the Lions did.

And lets be honest. Who on our roster is as good as Brock Bowers? We have some good players, but that guy is a super star you can build an offense around and he was a rookie. We don't have that.

There's rumor floating around that Johnson told the Washington brass he wanted to roll with Sam Howell instead of Jayden at QB in his first year.
