The Shooter McGavin cameo had me rolling as did Axel making fun of the Beverly Hills cop 'car'. Great seeing all of the OG guys back in action. The valet driver moment when he asked Axel if they were at a cookout reminded me of that stand up bit from the 80's which is probably my favorite Eddie Murphy routine of all time. It had the feel of the 80's movies, which was great...
That usually how these legacy sequels goIt had some spots that made me LOL, but after awhile, to me anyway, it just seemed like a 2024 version of the original.
