How serious is this blue light that is coming off computer screens?

So, I recently bought a couple glare screens for my computer monitors, and also bought a few pairs of computer glasses.

What's the deal with the blue light? Something to be concerned about, or don't worry about it?

With the glare screen on, it definitely helps with eye strain.

It could very well be true.

I purchased a glare screen and noticed, it helps with eye strain. Personally, I think computer monitor manufacturers should either put a warning on their products, or correct the blue light issue.
