For the first time since becoming a fan 50 years ago, I didn't watch or listen to the game for 2 weeks in a row. I've been through the bags, ridicule, the embarrassment but this might be approaching all-time lows. That includes the 1-15 team and the 3-13 teams.

This team has given up on the coach. Do I think anything happens to Dennis Allen soon? Nope. We don't have anyone to make that tough call to get rid of him.

Being a long time fan myself I actually take some pride in loving them just as much even when they’re terrible. To me that’s true fandom. I’ve felt that way since I was a little kid being made fun of for being a fan of such a terrible team. It made me ever more proud to be a fan.

Nothing to be ashamed of and you should always be proud of being a Saints fan. However, we all know that we need a new head coach to be relevant again. I try to think long term hopefully we will be good again in a few years.

It’s not been popular and I’m viewed as negative but I’ve wanted it blown up for a couple of years now.
