wow, I thought the video would show something that could swing either accidental or intentional, but that was no doubt 100% intentional.

i liked how during the game, they showed the replay twice, maybe 3 times if im not mistaken...but announcers didnt mention it once IIRC, me and my friend(a gator fan) noticed it, then i had a text from a buddy about the dirty play

LeGarrette Blount was suspended for the year by Oregon for throwing a jab at an opposing player's jaw. Dez Bryant was suspended for the year by the NCAA for lying about an incident that wasn't illegal.

Can someone explain to me how either of those transgressions are worse than what Brandon Spikes tried to do there?

It's ok guys. He just needs more alone time with Tebow, he'll convert him into a boy scout.

hope SEC has decency to suspend the dude for the rest of the year, as I don;t expect the coach to do any thing

Do we know if they are even looking into the incident?

Yes, the SEC Commish is conducting an in-depth investigation to see how many sports writers and public back-lash occurs before determining the severity of the penalty or if they can just ignore the entire thing completely...

SEC is on top of this folks!

That replay seemed to be in slow motion, do we have it in regular speed? Slowing things down sometimes changes the interpretation of what happened. However upon initial review, it does not look good. But I must admit, I have heard numerous football players say that this type of eye gouging is pretty common place in dogpiles. Even heard of players dipping their hands in various substances to make the effect even worse. I'm honestly surprised we haven't seen more problems with this type of behavior than we have in terms of players being blinded, etc.

The pile is a very dangerous place.

Of course Urban Meyer wouldn't do anything. He won't even see it on film cuz all he does is watch film of his boyfriend Tebow and fap.
