This is absolutely a huge loss.
Rizzi is the best ST coach in the business.
Why don't the Saints have one of the best special teams in the league?

Even Skylene? This narrative is getting ridiculous. Mickey gave Sean literally everything he ever wanted and asked for.
I think Sean/Mickey broke up over Drew returning in 2020. Payton had Tom Brady ready to take over. When Brees unretired, Mickey/Gayle should have blocked Brees and told him it's over. By retaining Brees, they setup Payton for disaster and disrespected him. They basically told him they were more loyal to players than the coaches. When that happened, Payton knew he would never win another Super Bowl in New Orleans. It was the day the music died.
Just becaue you can imagine a vivid doomsday scenario, it doesn’t mean it’s true. I just means you’re a conspiracy theorist. None of that is remotely true.I think Sean/Mickey broke up over Drew returning in 2020. Payton had Tom Brady ready to take over. No. Let him tell Mickey if he retires then he'll become the the HC. Mickey will laugh, call Kafka and tell Moore, sorry but that position has been filled.Moore has all the power in this negotiation now.
I know there was a rift in the organization because of this issue.Just becaue you can imagine a vivid doomsday scenario, it doesn’t mean it’s true. I just means you’re a conspiracy theorist. None of that is remotely true.
If the Giants offense would have done better under Kafka, I think he would have been the Saints’ HC choice. His interview I saw and all the reports coming out of the senior bowl are telling me he's going to be a good HC sometime soonMakes me feel stronger in my postion that Moore is #1 and Kafka is the fall back plan.
