Sounds like a possible immature, unprofessional guy. This is very poor behavior for a guy you want to make a head coach. All of it.

Maybe he ends up being a good coach, but this look isn’t good.

Sure, but why accept an offer, then ghost the Bucs? Why even require such a thing in the first place as if you’re Bill Parcells or something? It’s, at a minimal, odd behavior.

Add that to how he treated us, and the whole Kentucky thing, and the dude just seems… weird.

Apparently, he didn't ghost them, as he let Bowles know, and I'm guess Bowles ain't no snitch...LOL. I'm not saying I agree with how he conducts business but I get it with this. Baalke is trash..lol
