Okay. I just can't. I can't nuke.

I don't know why. Maybe because deep down in a dark corner of my soul, I dislike nuclear devices. Maybe because I think that atomic energy is something that man never should have tampered with.

Or maybe because I can't get a killstreak over 19. So, I ask advice, oh VG Oracles. Is there a strategy you use for yourself, certain killstreaks?

Pave lows are awesome in core matches. In the two times I've gotten the nuke, my killstreaks were Harrier Strike, Pave Low, and Nuke. Loadout was Scar H silenced, Scavenger Pro, Stopping Power Pro, and Steady Aim Pro.

Every time I've gotten a Nuke I've used: Predator Missile, Chopper Gunner, Nuke. Chopper Gunner is the ticket. Majority of the time, the chopper gunner takes me to my Nuke.

So 5 kills to Predator, I get usually a double with the predator so that puts me at 7. All I need is 4 more legit kills and I have my chopper gunner which (unless I'm on a bad map) will take me to my nuke.

So with that method, 8-10 kills to Nuke. That's the best way IMO.

I switched from the pave low because for some reason the kills never counted towards my streak.

That was helpful. Because I just got my first nuke At Skidrow, no less.

Harrier, Chopper Gunner and Nuke, with a loadout of Riot Shield, USP/tac knife, Marathon, Lightweight and Commando.

Went into the game just to go against a clan mate, not anticipating even seeing my Harrier. I'm jazzed. Seriously. When the Chopper expired, I was at 24-0 and just KNEW it would be my clan mate who ended my streak. I had visions of that happening and me throwing my controller through the TV.

Turns out, I should thank that guy who was running around with scrambler for letting me know he was there and gift wrapping that 25th kill.

That's why i dont use scrambler, very rarely am I killed by the guys using scrambler cause I always know they're close.

Agreed, but Scrambler Pro has a nice bonus. Delaying claymores and all.

Agreed, but Scrambler Pro has a nice bonus. Delaying claymores and all.

Same here. I see the mini map start to fuzz up and hear my claymore go off as I am being introduced to a knife in the face.
