OK, ladies and gentlemen. I am in Charlotte, at the Residence Inn. I am getting prepared to go pick up the keg, and some ingredients for the jambalaya. Just got off the phone with the "tailgating trailer crew", as I'm calling them. They are in Columbia now for the LSU game. They plan to drop the trailer in the lot tomorrow morning around 7:30.

If anyone checks this tonight, and you're coming in tomorrow, we could use a couple bags of ice. I've got some on the keg now, but we'll need more in the more in the morning.

Thank you! I am just seeing this or I would have stopped by. Our tailgate had delicious humongus shrimp, gumbo, and etoufee that was shipped from New Orleans. It was soooo good.
