A friend has that one and loves it. My Mealthy brand pot died a couple if months ago and I replaced it with an 8 qt Instant Pot combo and I like it a lot better. (And Mealthy sent me a replacement, so now I have two, but I haven’t taken the other out of the box yet).

I like turnip greens
Care to share a recipe? Farmers mkt had bunches so I got some to roast the roots with taters. I don't want to waste the greens. I've never cooked them tho.

For instance, do you remove most of the stem or leave even the thicker more fibrous parts? I already cleaned them down to just leaves, but that's easily correctable. I guess I could even make a veggie stock with the stems and add that to the greens.

What a man sposed to do?
