I posted this once before and it got a reaction, but I didn't mention this other part. Does it sound at all like Nothing Else Matters by Metallica to anyone else? I'm getting strong Nothing Else Matters vibes here.

We need to at least get this thread to page 1328, that way we can have 28-3. The last time was on page 1283, which was 6 months ago. So, at that rate, it would at least be 1 more year for 1328. We'll never make it to 2803 or 2830.

Mezcal and ancho chili cured salmon with red Fresno peppers and lime zest. The salad is baby spinach in cream cheese lime. The rest is in the bowl for dipping salmon. And a mezcal chaser.
