I wish. For some reason back in June I just kinda put it down and other than an old fashioned here or there haven’t really drank since. Small part of me misses it, but not enough to do anything about it

Yes I always find that a dash of Satan is often the missing ingredient that my cooking needs

Do a puree of tomatoes, onions, peppers (bell, jalapeno), cilantro, cumin, and Sazon with Coriander and Anatto to add to the mix. Really adds flavor to the masa. This works really well on the cheese, bean and cheese, or shredded pork and cheese. I wouldn't use it if you are doing pupusas de loroco

My pupusas were done with lots of pre cooked crispy bacon.

Went to a Latin restaurant tonight and one of the dishes was described with Loroco flower (don't think it was with the pupusa dishes but maybe). I never heard of this before. So I searched here to see if anyone had ever talked about it and you had! Can you describe?

To me loroco tastes a bit like artichoke with a hint of sweetness
