Darren Sharper facing life in prison (3 Viewers)

If he's found guilty, he should serve for life.
I can't feel sorry for him at all. He is a sick, sad person.

Life in prison, Damn. Pick magnet gonna be a Dick magnet.

LOL he will be catching a lot of balls in prison and maybe get a taste of his own medicine. He deserves not to have a red cent of what he has earned and all his possessions it is what you get when you violate someone in the manner he did. Just goes to show you how some pro athletes feel invincible enough to blatantly disregard other people and not have any respect for them.

A bunch of people in this thread acting like the tragedy is that darren sharper had fame and fortune and threw it away rather than the tragedy being that he raped people.

This is similar to the Cosby scandal in that...these dudes had access to all the ladies he wanted. No need to drug them. I guess it's about something else other than the physical act.

But see how differently they're being treated? Cosby is no different, but you wouldn't know it.

Well, the accusations against Cosby are being made decades later, that's one reason for the difference.

He's lucky he's in Cali and not facing the Louisiana charges. That's easy time compared to Angola, from what I hear.

Yes, every "So stupid! He had it all and threw it all away!" type post really boggles my mind. We're not talking about a drinking problem or bad spending habits or too much partying that ended a career, we're talking about a serial rapist who drugged and raped women across multiple states.

I'm going to going to give these people the benefit of the doubt and assume they're so used to talking in sports fan cliches that they just go to the old stand by without really thinking about what they're saying. At least, that's what I hope.

The whole situation is awful. I was so happy we signed him and loved him that year in 2009. I hope he gets what he deserves.

well I've seen Lockup episodes featuring San Quentin...pretty bad there too. But a prison is prison. If word gets out that you harmed a child or woman, you're pretty much screwed. So if someone gets his hands on Sharper, it won't be pretty.
