I like Rizzi, but I’d have to be delusional as a Saints fan to want him as HC.

It was by Mickey allowing the entire staff to interview for jobs with other teams and Kubiak having several OC interviews and being the leader for the Seahawks job.

I assume they are waiting for the new HC hire to decide if he wants to fire our staff or keep a few before they actually allow the coaches to move on. If Rizzi is actually hired im sure he will keep a few or more than a few.

Probably that and the fact that all the new HC hires are still putting together their staffs. Even if guys know where they will/want to go they are going to want more teams involved to push up the amount of their contracts.

Not that I'm aware of, but I have not really kept track on the assistants beyond Kubiak. I suspect many of the offensive staff would follow Kubiak wherever he goes. And I think the Houston job opening up the other day might have changed where Kubiak could end up.
