Dennis Allen: It’s time for the growing pains to “be done with” on offense. (No coaching changes) (2 Viewers)

I wish Mickey would pay attention to Philly. Average is not good enough

The Eagles are always in an arms race with the Cowboys.
In the NFCS, it’s so easy to go neutral.

Another poster already alluded to the structure within this organization. It sounds like he might not have the power to make that change. Another person who we all know has that power and just threw his support behind Carmichael a week or so ago.

Talk is cheap. When has Dennis Allen shown any signs of urgency? He isn’t driven to win and be great. He is satisfied with where he’s been and where he’s at.

Aren't we already on that bridge? It's week 8.

Well, that's it. The emptiest threat that I have ever heard. Dennis will probably only make a change under one circumstance.

It's the bye week and the team fighting for survival.

He must be reading my comments. Ive said that a million times, enough with the growing pains. Growing pains are no excuse. its why we hired from within! Now that i saw, begrudgingly the all 22 for JAX (3/4). There's a ton of growing pains out there. No trust and indecision passing the ball. Im putting most of the JT O'sullivans ALL 22 analysis issues on Carr and im only 3/4 thru it. Hopefully wait for it, "it gets cleaned up"

I’m fine with this.

Reality is that Dennis Allen isn’t going to be able to hire a good OC. So the two best options are:

1. This group turns it around and plays to their talent level (however unlikely)

or

2. This whole thing goes down in flames and there’s no choice but to fire DA.

Fans are speaking loud and clear right now. Whatever slack DA may have gotten based on his standing in the organization is going away fast.
youd need to do what the Jets did. The Jets brought in Aaron Rodgers previous OC Hackett. Hmm, who could be out there that is avaialble that knows Carr very weel? hmm

The second statement “we’ll cross that bridge if we get to it” sounds like the Colts game is the make or break game for a coaching change.

A loss putting the team at 3-5 forces a OC/playcaller change. A win will just keep things as is on the way to a 8-9/9-8 season.
It sounds like "keep doing what you are doing" to me.

Didn’t he say some people need to be replaced if they aren’t doing their jobs after the Houston loss ?

More cliches from the king of saying what he thinks people want to hear. In reality he doesn’t have a clue as it relates to who’s doing what . I guess he had to wait until Mickey came back to the facility today to tell him what to say.

Like escalator guy said to Loomis in Tampa last season. “He’s in over his Mickey. He’s in over his head “

Serious question. Is it possible that Dennis Allen is being handcuffed by Loomis and the front office in terms of what he's allowed to do with the team? Could he really replace Carmichael without Loomis agreeing to it? I'm just playing Devil's advocate here.

One year and 7 games of growing pains. 😢
