After last weeks win against the Giants Dennis Allen made it a point to go out of his way to praise Derek Carr’s great performance (which it was). While well deserved, it was a bit odd as nobody in the press asked for that opinion, and DA really forced the point.

Does anyone know if DA has gone out of his way in the press conference to discuss Derek’s performance tonight? It seems only right that he would make a point to discuss DC’s performance good, bad, or neutral at this point.

It's really hard to listen to because his speaking exudes low confidence.

There is no quicker way to lose me in a conversation than to constantly say “uh”, “like” and “you know” multiple times during a conversation. My mind goes from what you are trying to communicate, to counting how often I hear those words come out of your mouth.

This team is exactly what we thought, Meh talent, Meh coaching, Meh preparation, Meh motivation.

They need to knock the next draft out of the park, we're woefully thin on talent, especially the O-line... AND STOP TRADING UP IN THE FIRST ROUND FOR BUSTS!
