This has been on the rule books for a long time now. Celebrations cannot have any sexual context whatsoever. He actually should have gotten an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty too, but the officials missed it.

Not saying I agree with the rules, but it is indeed black and white in the book and a part of the fine schedule as well.

Funny that the NFL tweeted out a video of Carr doing the dance complete with funny emojies (basically advertising Carr's dance) and then turn around and fine the man. Can't have it both ways No Fun League!!!

My favorite thing about this. No one and I mean no one cared that he did this, he gets fined, and the result? It's replayed a thousand more times on social media, showing thousands of people who would otherwise never see it, the thing they don't want folks to see.
