Did y’all have an issue with Carr giving a shoutout to Dennis Allen after the win? (7 Viewers)

I support Gayle Benson’s decision to fire Dennis Allen, and indeed, I thought it should have happened earlier.

But DA is not “he who shall not be named.”

That said, Carr better understand that Rizzi is now his head coach, and Carr should focus in what he can affect, the future, not the past.

I think too many NFL fans have no idea the lives of lifer NFL players and coaches. These people form lifelong friendships through a common struggle of just maintaining a job in the NFL. DC and Carr go back to their days together with the Raiders.

I’m glad DA is gone, but reading more into the comment as something more than a player just passing off some parting respect to his former coach is silly and unfair.

I stand by what I said. Completely disagree with your take, but I've made my point. ✌️
You don’t stand up there, after a game, speaking on behalf of the players (that is what he essentially did). He could’ve fired a text to him or called him to say that personally. Like the one tweet said “Read the room”. DC4, who I like, is still not widely accepted by the fanbase. He should have better awareness. Was it classy? Sure. Was it necessary? Not at all.
So, if you ever buy a new home build, that a zillion things goes wrong with it, be sure to thank the builder, and not the guy who is doing the necessary repairs to fix it. I’ve made my point.

Are you really this sprung on that dude, to where you are responding to anyone who doesn’t share your beliefs? It’s not petty. It’s the dang truth. This WAS Rizzi’s moment. This was his first crack at being a HC. He brought back the feeling of winning and believing, that the other guy didn’t. We just beat our most hated rival, as massive underdogs, and we didn’t have to apologize for doing so.
Rizzi’s moment 100-%
Nah, he complemented both. I’m going with petty.

Zero issue and I say that as someone who thought DA needed to go.

They're human beings and they form bonds even if things don't work out on the field. Also, we beat the Falcons, I'm not going to go looking for things to be mad about. There hasn't been much to be happy about this season, but today I'm happy and I'm not going to go look for things to get in a twist about.
