Camp Mountain Lake in Tracy City, TN near the Cumberland mountain.
Run by Coach Horace Moore, formerly football coach for Sewanee University.
3 of my sisters and one of my brothers did as well.
Went for 4 or 5 summers for 2 months.
Loved it. I know my parents did also.

I never saw this before either or heard of The Allan Sherman Show. Really feels like the true inspiration for The Alan Brady Show on The Dick Van Dyke Show (boy, these people didn't waste much time on trying to come up with catchy titles).

I remember that being my perception, as well.

I did remember going to a day camp one summer.

I don't remember much other than making tie-dyed t-shirts.
