[upd: Saints met with Shedeur Sanders] Shedeur Sanders at Combine wearing Saints hat [Deion Sanders is ok with Saints drafting Shedeur]

Should the Saints draft QB Shedeur Sanders if he falls to #9?

Florio did make a good point. Maybe coaches don't want Sanders because they could be fired for DS to coach his kid down the road. SS is a good QB especially when given time to execute. His o line at CU was horrible

Not just "No" but "hell no".

Maybe I'll be wrong but I just don't see him succeeding at the NFL level as a QB.

I don’t want Prime anywhere close to this team, the same way he didn’t want to be on our team when he was in his prime.

Yes and he’s not even the type of qb I’m looking for but that’s 70+ percent should be hard to ignore the most important skill to me is accuracy and he’s got it

Plus our team lacks swagger and has had to many silly players
We need a leader with swagger and has been taught to be a winner

As Deion sanders son he did not have to come this far and do the things he’s done
He’s comfortable being himself and I never have to worry about the money going to his head

No, I think if Sanders had played in the SEC he would of put up mediocre numbers.

It's hard to seriously view players from the Big 12 as top tier players. That conference is the minor leagues of Power School College football. The gap of competition between that conference and the SEC is probably close to that of the SEC and the NFL.

This is not the yr for us to draft a QB. Next yrs class could very well be the one. I think there are a few guys that are primed to have a breakout yr in the coming yr. Iamaleava could be a taller Daniels. Allar coming back for another yr was the right move, he could break out. I like Klubnik he's got great mobility. Avery Johnson is one to watch. And of course Nuss

There are about 5-7 QBs that could breakout this coming yr. Even if we are drafting in the 15-25 range we could get our franchise QB in the 26 draft . Maybe even without trading up.
If we win 10 games this yr and the NFCS. It would probably mean we hang onto DC 1 more yr. We get our QB of the future in the 26 draft. He sits behind DC for a yr and he starts in 27.
Our cap would be in line, we would have had 3 drafts under CKM. The roster would be younger. We would have been competitive in 25,26 and looking to breakout in 27
